The DCEO supports the CEO in all major activities and decisions and acts as a leader of the whole organization. Finally, the top-most position in the bank is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO represents the bank in front of regulators, investors, and the public. They make the final decisions and lead the bank toward long-term success.
